What we process
rselr helps professional eBay sellers maintain listings. We may process account email, store preferences, and listing metadata synced from eBay after you connect your account.
eBay data
When you authorize eBay OAuth, we store tokens server-side and sync listing data needed for maintenance workflows. We do not sell eBay inventory data. Disconnecting eBay stops future syncs; retention of historical records will follow the production data policy.
AI (review-first)
AI features suggest title, description, and item-specific improvements for your review. Suggestions are not published to eBay until you explicitly approve and a successful write job completes. Prompt inputs may include listing fields you choose to optimize.
Payments (Stripe)
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; rselr keeps customer and subscription identifiers needed for entitlements, not full payment instrument data.
